At The Bakery Dunbar, we want to put the heart back into the loaf and the community. Our team of bakers, lead by Ross Baxter, are passionate about every aspect of baking. Not content with making everyday baked goods and cakes (our pastry is made by hand daily and is used in our pies, bridies and sausage rolls), they are producing high quality bread and gorgeous French patisserie.
